HOW TO ORDER

1. For special shopping service

​

   a. Fill in & Submit Order Form (bit.ly/1004form).

   b. We will contact your for order confirmation. Then we will contact seller, and inform you the products availability and

       total price (including Korea domestic shipping fee & service fee), send 1st payment.

   c. After we receive the package and inform you the shipping fee & repackaging cost (if repackaging is required),

       send 2nd payment.

We will contact you via email to inform you every updates: payment proof, order invoice/ order form submission proof, and tracking number.

2. For group order & other services

​

a. Send 1st payment (based on calculated total amount on form)

b. Fill in and Submit this Order Form (bit.ly/1004form) or certain forms for certain Group Order products.

c. After we receive the package and inform you the other fee (repackaging cost, Korea domestic shipping fee, and international shipping fee), send 2nd payment.

All updates will be informed via email. Updates on Group Order can be seen on our twitter LIKE, twitter #1004updates , or PRODUCT LIST & UPDATES page.

 

You can see our Korean address & Korean bank account on confirmation email after submitting form. Exchange rate changes everyday so for shopping service & money transfer service,  please send payment on the same day as form submitted date.

Please make 2nd payment no more than 3 days after our announcement. After receiving the package, please confirm that you received your package and write reviews by mentioning our twitter @1004_k_shop and include hashtag #1004reviews ^ _ ^

NO CANCELLATION, NO REFUND, NO RETURN

We don't accept order cancellations, refunds, and returns after you made payment, unless the products are not available. Before delivering the products, we will make sure that the products are in good condition For unofficial products, such as fansite goods, we only serve as mediator, so any wrong-doing done or problem/ mistakes caused by original seller is not our responsibility. However, we will try our best to solve it.
